Refund Policy

Please read this policy before paying course fees. Demo classes are free and do not require a refund.

Before a batch starts

If you cancel in writing before the first paid session, we will refund the course fee minus any non-refundable gateway charges, typically within 7–14 business days.

After a batch starts

Fees are generally non-refundable once live training has begun, because a seat and trainer time have been allocated. You may request a transfer to a later batch of the same course, subject to availability.

Recordings and revisits

Access to recordings and the free revisit policy (where offered for your course) does not create an additional cash refund.

How to request

Email hr@yuvaninfo.com from the address used at enrolment, with your name, phone number, course and payment reference. GST invoices, if issued, will be adjusted according to applicable tax rules.
